ATEspo 0 Posted March 1, 2013 You bought a watch from someone who's email is [email protected]? HAHAHA what a great email address!!
Ttrm007 0 Posted March 6, 2013 Package is in Chicago. Not to far from me in Cleveland. Tracking says "handed over to customs". Getting closer. Is it going to be as advertised? I also wonder if the extra price I paid included waterproofing work. I specifically asked and they said it is waterproof. Everything I've read says reps are generally not but I've also read that a test is smart because some good ones are. I've seen that some dealers offer the service for a fee as well. greg_r 81 Posted March 6, 2013 Never rely on a dealer for waterproofing (with the exception of BK who actually tests and works on the watches he sells). ANY watch should be tested first before you take it near water.

highergame 0 Posted March 6, 2013 ttrm.... I'll sell you tags for over 500 all day long please pm me your list that you'd like and I'll source them for you haha.. just kidding sorry you over paid I think move of us have done it at one time or another. I did when I first ordered and got a 21j sub. for 250.00 can't believe I paid that much for that cheap movement now.
Kwt 11 Posted March 6, 2013 Hope you get the watch ok. It might be a good idea for you to open the back of the watch and show the movements to the experts on here. Obviously if you bought from a TD, that sort of money would have got your a swiss-eta movements and they could confirm it for you - here is hoping you don't get a 21J movement. trailboss99 994 Posted March 6, 2013 If it's crap and you paid by PP just tell PP it was a fake and get your cash back. We frown on PP disputes usually but in the case of overpriced scammers . . .

_DC_ 218 Posted March 6, 2013 Had a little browse of their website for my own amusement and the prices they charge are nothing short of shocking! Quartz models in the "Swiss grade" section for $300 plus. It's madness!! One that got me is a nautilus chronograph, for $175, got me excited for a moment as I'm dying to buy this but not found anyone who makes a decent rep (watcheden have a crappy version with no pushers). My excitement was soon curtailed When I opened the images to find what is quite clearly a picture of a genuine Patek Philippe movement. So they use fake pics as well as being overpriced scum bags. I wouldn't hold your breath on receiving anything like what you saw in the pics OP, sorry to say! Doesn't it make you glad you are here now?!? Sure makes me glad! Ttrm007 0 Posted March 6, 2013 Thanks for input. If "a" I will give them a quick chance and dispute with PayPal if they aren't responsive.
WhiteChocolateJr 4 Posted March 6, 2013 Ouch is right. At least you didn't pay extra to get the 1:1 swiss replica Ferrari to go with it...

Ttrm007 0 Posted March 7, 2013 You bought a watch from someone who's email is [email protected]? Post got edited. Email isn't that. Must not be aloud to post emails. So, make your guess: A) I'll get the watch but it will be crap B) It will never show up C) The watch will show up and be really nice in spite of the fact I over paid. Well, it sounds like the consensus is that A is most likely. I will have to really dispute if that is true. Would they be so specific as to detail out a watch with the following criteria and then send a quartz cheepo? If so, I assume I fight it with them first and paypal when done. I guess no one really knows until we see what I get. With vimeo videos demonstrating a watch that looks good, is there still a chance? You guys have painted generally an ugly picture and I'm anxious so just stiring up some discussion to kill time till it comes.
