Navichief 84 Posted February 25, 2013 I put up a WTB ad for a Omega Speedmaster Pro and a Breitling Aerospace on TZ, WUS, and PMWF this weekend. I recieved an email from [email protected] "Mark Tannennbaum" about an Aerospace at a great price located in the UK. Even sent pics and follow up emails. I always google peoples names and emails to check if anyone else has had problems with them. Mark comes up as a VERY well respected trader across all of the forums and eBay. I noticed though that his email in other sales threads as well as his location (USA) did not match this new guy. Then I found a thread that the real Mark had posted regarding this scammer from the UK impersonating him. Even the "drster" copies his usernames on the forums. Glad I caught it, but wish the sale would have been real! Keep an eye out if you are doing any trading on the gen forums... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
