Dafydd57 0 Posted March 14, 2013 The TAG Heuer Formula 1 chronograph was always quite accurate, it even uses the same ETA quartz movement as the gen. WI now has an updated model that fixes all the earlier flaws, the second hand is now longer, the date window is evenly centered between 3 and 4 and the bracelet clasp now accurately copies the gen. The Formula 1 watch is now quite indistinguishable from the gen, I'll do a side by side comparison with my gen when I receive my rep from Rochest.
TAGster 5 Posted March 14, 2013 As Greg correctly stated: there is at least a dozen of very accurate replicas out there. I think one of them, could be the so called 1:1 PAM 288K, I own one and it is 99.999% accurate to the gen, then only flaw I could see/feel comparing it side to side with a gen one was the strap:
Dark63 0 Posted March 14, 2013 I think PAM 111 V3 is considered the best but I may be wrong. As someone who's new here, i saw this topic and was curious too,I just wanted to say thanks for a real reply. You're keeping the 1/10 ratio afloat!
