J.Eric 701 Posted March 16, 2013 Hi Guys, A couple months ago, I picked up a v3.5. Tonight, while changing the bracelet, I broke the weld on the clasp. I do not believe I can re-weld it. Didn't think they would be able to help. :( They may not replace it for free, but maybe they'd be willing to help you out with the clasp. I think you'd be hard pressed to find one in M2M and it's cheaper than having to buy a brand new watch. Unless you want the rubber strap or custom from one of the strap makers for it, I'm wondering if that may be your only option to keep it on the bracelet. So now, I am wondering if it is worth sending back or maybe finding a local jeweler who can re-weld the clasp. Does any one know how much it would cost to ship to china from South-East USA?? myaz 3 Posted March 16, 2013 About ten bucks or less. It cost me about $9 and change to mail a watch back fromm Colorado. It can easily take a couple weeks or more to actually get there. mine took over 3 weeks and the TD sent me the address in chinese because the postman doesn't read english. I'd still send it back to the TD and have him send it back to you with another order (if you plan to get more) to save him on mailing costs, and that could keep your cost down too.
