Dumspiro 0 Posted March 17, 2013 Love the Rolex & AP cases. I have 10 reps at the moment with another 4 or 5 in transit. Top quality is a must. Straps I fear will also be a passion. No thoughts of number targets or limits; why restrict yourself? (unless you have to for financial, family or just sheer space reasons)
NFleischer 4,355 Posted March 17, 2013 There used to be a member here who claimed to have a 100 or so...........what was his name again? Could be me, about 30 gens/ 75 reps. I'm not the only nut with a 100+ watches though. How about Tanfo on RepGeek, he must have 1000's!

Irishcain 0 Posted March 17, 2013 One is too many, an 100 isn't enough. were the super models reps also? with asian dudes as mechanism? You misunderstand. The models and Asian men were gen. It was the other equipment that was rep'd
Libertatia 0 Posted March 17, 2013 Looking at pictures of medium to large watch collections, I think too many looks like you're some street sales men.... When I see collections with 2-6 it looks more classy. Depends how the box is filled. Collected with love and devotion. this collection looks great you should do an HD video/pictures on them

stenchlord 0 Posted March 17, 2013 I'd love to own hundreds but I'd feel pretty bad if most of them never saw wrist time because of it. Part of me is OCD and part of me is pathological collector (at least until the next new thing comes along to steal my attention). I'll likely build up a decent sized collection (20-30) and then sell most of them off for my top half dozen (not including ones I keep for sentimental reasons). robertk 0 Posted March 17, 2013 There used to be a member here who claimed to have a 100 or so...........what was his name again? It was probably me. don't visit here much anymore. mostly over at RWG. Still have over 100. They are all working for the most part. None have gone dead. Been collecting since 2000, so I've seen the evolution.

cogwatch 1 Posted March 17, 2013 365 is my goal. About 50 currently, from Timex to Rolex. I wear a different one every day thus the
replicastuff 0 Posted March 17, 2013 Well I'm glad my now 21 watch collection is not a bad thing compared to some of the super collections here. Those 3 rwg members who only have 1 watch - tell us all your secret, how do you do it whilst lurking on here?!
iPhoneman 0 Posted March 17, 2013 I think 10 is a good number Currently on hand 4 Rolex submariner with date Cartier santos Hublot Big Bang Franckmuller king Cortez
62ragtop 0 Posted March 17, 2013 16, and counting... gotta get myself a box... got 4 in transit from Toro, and last evening after enjoying a nice bottle of wine and a few drinks i just happened to "stumble" into our latest TDs website (PC) and sure enough, another 4 items should now be in transit... geez... and I haven't even reached the APs and Hublots on my "bucket list"... this will not end well I fear... never ever shop while under the influence... and why should I ever have looked up the term Project X... Personally I'm poor at flippin' watches, some I tend to keep just for sentimental reasons and some, well, they are part of my disorder... cheers,
mrs1986 0 Posted March 17, 2013 I guess a good collection of 6 or 7 watches would be fair enough... Remember that is impossible to wear all, you will always have some preferred ones and some will stay in the box with no use...
