Buddhabar 4,592 Posted April 6, 2013 Always nice to see some Robert watch coming on the boards. Enjoy it mate, looks nice! Thanks Sardonix .... I'm really happy about that DSSD. Only question I do not know if it is waterproof. Too bad the photos I took are not as beautiful as yours. But you use the kit macro or close-up lenses? Your photos made with the cube are always wonderful.

solrac 0 Posted April 6, 2013 Nice piece BuddhaBar, digging the history on this one and also reading some of the old stuff (for the first time), specifically having to do with Robert, in retrospect is very interesting as well.

Yes, I saw the BR homage in the weekly wrist shot thread a couple of times. Notice you solved the stuttering seconds hand by removing it - brilliant solution - I wish I had thought of that You have very similar tastes to me, I'd love a dssd, but they are just a bit too large for my wrist. You are very careful dear CONX. Yes, I disassembled the clock with ease. I realigned all hands including the GMT, but I removed the seconds as you say that was a stutterer. I believe this is much better. I am really happy. I like the larger sizes ..... I'd have a BIG PILOT or a PO 45mm. See you soon.
