HWG 11 Posted May 2, 2013 Nice watch Ted err Dave Hey, I only have one Oris... Ted has at least 3. I see you went back to the Aquis, but blue this time instead of grey. I'm still liking the grey one, but really only occasionally. Not a very good spring/summer watch tho. Yup, blue is the color I should have got in the first place. The rubber strap and new deploy buckle mean you dont have to cut anything, and its easy to resize. at 50% off, I had to get it.

dave47 6,545 Posted May 3, 2013 For Pamsday, one I picked up a while ago with an Ach strap attached. Just beautious. Someone told me this is a fantasy, but I don't remember why. Just a nice Pam that I like. Period. dave: Sorry for the blurries; having a bad day and evening: An extra pic:
dave47 6,545 Posted May 3, 2013 What utter simplicity and style!! These watches are worth repairing and saving. dave Can you believe that this watch was made 1960's ? It looks very contemporary. It cost a lot to repair this, though. :-( True, but it's worth it, as YOU have something very few of us have. Felt the same way with my TT Seiko 5 Sportsmatic, purchased back in '67 at the Clark Air Base ( PI) Commissary. A daily beater, it indeed was beaten up but still working. Had it sent out to be cleaned & serviced. Brand new-like. When I find a pic of it, I'll show everyone. dave
