Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone At RWG,

I Am Seeking Some Advice On Buying A Replica Rolex Daytona

The Daytona I Like Is Here:

http://www.perfect-hour.com/rldt10011-wrap...ing-p-1161.html

The Specs On That Watch Seem Pretty Good, But I Have Heard Bad Things About The Movement....

Is The A Better Version Of This Watch? Is This Worth The Money..

Any Advice Would Be Great!

Thanks

Here's the thing about the seconds at 6 movements. They suck! they suck giant donkey dick. 1 in 30 will be a movement that will work perfectly for a year or two but the rest are doomed to fail. You really have to look elsewhere and get the 16520 Daytona. It looks just like the seconds at 6 daytona only with the seconds at 9. thats your best bet. none of the daytonas are perfect reps.

Get one of these, the 'Gay'tona, you'll be so embarrased to wear it that even with seconds at 6 the movement will last for decades :gday_mate_haveabeer:

We're RWG, not repgeek :gday_mate_haveabeer: but joefratguy is right on the money. Daytona with secs@6 is a disaster waiting to happen. Pick up the secs@9 model instead...

Bah! Tons of guys have seconds-at-Daytonas that last years. Just ask Zed.

If you want one, go for it! Josh is the best guy to get one from.

Yup - and lots of guys have seconds@6 Daytonas that have never worked properly since they bought them :gday_mate_haveabeer:

I get where you're coming from, but not a good choice for a new collector, imho. A watch for the more experienced - i.e. someone who's willing to get it serviced regularly - maybe...
