Rolex Explorer II - White - Superlume

Recommended Posts

LightGeek

These days I find I'm liking the white much more than the black. Sure, the black has the "floating hands" but somehow the polar white dial is much more striking. Funny, since I thought I would hate it -- but I ordered it anyway just to see.

One of the best features of these "noob best" version is the lume and even a short exposure in sunlight does wonders. I dare say it's the best factory "superlume" I've seen.

Here it is from just walking to the mailbox and back...

As usual, a parcel greeted me there and I was quite stoked. This new find allowed me to answer the question "can I do better than the sun?" Even though the light was not fully charged yet, I got to work.

The watch? From Watchinternational.

The light? From the factory. I work for a distributor :)

I have the same watch purchased from Josh and I agree, the lume is is insane. The briefest exposure sets this thing a glowin'!

Thats mental lol.

I have to say, the cheap sub I got from Trusty has amazing lume to be honest, and on a full charge before bed, say 11pm, its still glowing at 6am.

Wouldn't it be better just to shove the watch under a UV light for a minute?

My black has a bit of rainbow. The white is perfect.
