Come on guys. I thought we had some experts here. So far Col's got one apparently correct answer.

 

The one has a small four fingered chuck such as in a drill or Dremel tool. It closes by pushing the top lever down.

I got a box of old watch repair stuff from a friend of mine who's father was a watchmaker. I'm just trying to figure them out what some of them are.

 

I'm sure I'll be either giving them away or throwing them away soon. Maybe Sconehead can find use for them.

That sounds good to me. Seems like you could grab and pull pressed in pins. I'm not sure what the plastic outer ring would be. The 1/2 circle cut outs on the sides must do something. Maybe pull and twist at the same time. But what?
