However, one of them has the folding clamp (the bit with the logo on) where the two halves meet when the deployant is locked. On that half of the strap, the hole is used for the clamp hinge. Many TDs will say it is resistant to 3bar, which means you can wear it in a thunderstorm, under an umbrella, inside a waterproof jacket, preferably indoors, and it might survive.
