Frankt8242 1 Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) Most 21J "cheapies" are fairly well built, but sometimes a bit crude looking machines...I have had very decent experiences with them for quite a while now... And some of them are quite nicely made: This is in my $100. IWC BP that runs fine... And some aren't!!: This is in my $130.
