[HOT PAMs] Info to makers. Which PAM models would you like to see well replicated?

That Pam 438 looks massive.

But as cool as black bracelet look, as soon you got some big ass scratches on it ...

At least that's my experience so far.

I doubt you get scratches in ceramic. You would need real sapphire corundum or diamond to do it

Maybe you will scratch many materials with your watch and bracelet and the particles will stick to the ceramic material

You will have just to remove them

Definitly the Pam 346. Just the Titanium and brown is just awesome!

I'd like to see some of the older models come back.

Something like the Pam091.

One of the all time greats

I believe the Panerai novelty for the 2016 is the Luminor Due collection: an attempt to transform the Luminor case into a dress watch. New case and new movement, a tough challenge for the rep world! But I think this is the future of the brand...

It would be marvelous to see some pre-V watches repped to a higher standard - PAM 203, 6152/1, 6154, 3646, and the 5218! I don't even request that they have to get that beautiful aged patina look that some of our builds have, just the original watch completely correct according to spec.

ALE what do you think of the ZF Pam 292 J series from Andrew (http://www.trustytime01.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=443&products_id=15388)?

Is it close to Noob latest version or to HF version 2?

I am a bit confused

I'm not ALE but I hope you'll consider my observation. It's closer to the HF version 2 than the Noob version mainly because it inherits mostly the same features/flaws as the former like the incorrect shape of the 6 (a bit more open), the whiter dial font (noob's is off-white, same as gen) and the slightly smaller crown (although the logo has improved compared to the thin one on H-fac). Anyway, the H-Fac version 2 is a super-rep bordering lower status so at the very least the ZF version, pending a formal review would be at the same level.

I had one and didn't think it was high enough. HUGE tell on the movement of a fake, embossed gear on one of the movement plates. That aside, it was a great rep. Great wrist presence, comfortable and lume for days. Loved the 'dirty' Ti with the polished bezel and tobacco dial.

Would love to see a PAM 977 or 978.

Silver dial with raised indices and blue sub dial needle.

Also, bring back the rep 520!

Please bring back the 026k. I'll take two!

---

Edit to add: I took a hiatus from the rep game and back now to see all the best Pams are discontinued, and hard to find. I should have doubled up on all my favorites.

I will also take another 390, 056, 219, and a 292 with ceramic crown.

Dial is pretty sweet but on the panerai site, man... those white hands practically vanish. Some blued hands... or black would look better, IMO
