He is a long time member who has been around the block more than once or twice and the advice he and the other good members here are only trying to help you do things that will get your problem resolved. So why not instead of being a brand new know it all pay attention to excellent advice from the members here who know how things work before you start bashing a great TD which will only shut down your communication between you and the dealer and contact a mod or admin and let them take care of the problem that you can't seem to do on your own.
