Help - First order from getat DOA.

Hi guys, Jus received my order from Getat a mini fiddy and a mm44 GMT yesterday.

 

Really loving it. But went home last nite, unwrap the protective plastic from the watch and found that the GMT second hand doesn't move.

 

Check out Getat's web page and follow his advice on first time receiving watch. Follow thru all instruction but still the second hand doesn't move.

 

I'm able to adjust the hour hand and date. The rotor also spins when I shake it. The second hand just refused to budge.

 

Tried emailing Tat last nite, but he have not reply me yet.

 

Appreciate any help or advice.

that happened to me once accept it was a scam site not a trusted dealer.

i got a replacment but it was the wrong watch then i emailed them and never got a responce atleast these dealers will just fix or replace it with out taking the piss

Sorry to hear that! It's incredibly rare that Tat supplies a faulty watch as he does QC on each one, but sometimes they get treated roughly in transit and something gets damaged. Don't worry - he'll sort it out for you. Tat's one of the best.

I believed too that Tat will have it sorted out. But It's my first order...and waited around 2 weeks for it to arrive....and AGRRR

It happens to all of us sometimes, don't worry!

 

The benefits of shopping from a trusted dealer on here is that you should be able to get it sorted out, not always the case with other dealers...

sorry to hear this. My first rep was the same way ( different dealer) and it is frustrating. Tat will take care of you.

Don't meant to bitch, but after wating 14 days for it to arrived...next thing I know I have to sent it back!
