Luth has been around a long time and if he is hearing this is a shift, it is probably a change in how they are enforce this. - or one guy has ticked them off and they are making an example of him. In any event, hopefulyy it is not a sign of things to come. PP is gone after a decade with many of our TD's, no reason this will last for ever either.
