They just swapped the entire movement/dial assy, or sent you another complete watch, If you send back a watch, make a secret mark somewhere on the case and the bracelet, when you get back your stuff, you will notice these business men have no time or/and money to lose for servicing reps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
