Guyute 0 Posted June 21, 2013 So, I have mentioned before that what ended up getting me to this forum was that I'd sent my Alpha back for warranty repair because the movement would stop randomly and the clasp just would not stay closed. Mailed it to them and then never heard from them again....must have been close to a year ago by now. Today, I get a package in the mail from Hong Kong and since I've got a couple watches inbound, I figure it was one of them. Nope, the Alpha has magically appeared back in my life. And the clasp still doesn't work. Weird. Guess I'll see if I can source another bracelet.

Rob Roy 35 Posted July 5, 2013 Its very unusual to have problems with the Seagull movement in this Alpha , The ones I have keep brilliant time in fact much better than any watch I have ever owned. Watch Guy will fix it for you no problems. http://watchguy.co.uk/ Col
Guyute 0 Posted July 5, 2013 At this point, I'm not really worried about it. They seem to have fixed the movement, at least for now. Fixed the spring in the clasp and in brilliant fashion, I managed to make it worse. So yeah, I'll probably get a new bracelet and call it a day.
