Sunbird 0 Posted July 11, 2013 Payment sent three days ago. The wait is excrutiating.... Patience is a virtue, I need some
Sunbird 0 Posted July 14, 2013 Advice please.. It is now one week since paying for my watch which was "In stock". I have been waiting for QC photos and not heard a single thing from the TD since paying. Should I email the TD, or is this normal? if it was indeed in stock, it should not take over a week to send photos. Thanks, Sunbird
graman 2 Posted July 14, 2013 Welcome to the forum mate..... Who was the TD? PM if you're not comfortable saying..
TheSav 2 Posted July 14, 2013 I would email the TD. The term "In stock" doesn't mean that the dealer has it at hand. Dealers rarely keep stock of a anything. When you place an order they go to the factory or supplier and source your watch. Sometimes it takes a day or 2. Sometimes it takes a week or two and sometimes they strike out. Sunbird 0 Posted July 14, 2013 Thanks for your prompt advice guys. I just sent a very polite email advising that I am looking forward to receiving the QC photos. It may generate a response at the very least. Cheers, Sunbird
Sunbird 0 Posted July 14, 2013 I received a "Message read" receipt within minutes of sending the email, so patiently waiting for the next move! "This is a receipt for the email message........" Cheers, Sunbird
Sunbird 0 Posted July 14, 2013 Receipt just came through:- "This receipt verifies that the message has been displayed on the recipient's computer at 14/07/2013 3:36 PM" Cheers, Sunbird

Sunbird 0 Posted July 15, 2013 Still no response from the TD. I thought that I would at least receive an acknowledgement to my email query by now... :(

Sunbird 0 Posted July 17, 2013 Communication is up to two emails back and forth each day sorting out what is and not available etc. Now progressing well
Sunbird 0 Posted July 25, 2013 I received another email today advising the watch which is "in stock" should be ready in another 2 or 3 days. I have had to select a different watch after paying for a model I was advised to be in stock.... At least I am getting weekly updates. Much better than silence. Sunbird 0 Posted July 29, 2013 Hey guys, GREAT NEWS!!! I just received the QC pics for my order. The 8 pics look fantastic to my untrained eye. I know they are my watches as they are both in the same photo. Pity we cannot post QC pics, so you will all just have to wait like me to see my purchases. Thanks for the moral support.
