BerryV 0 Posted July 9, 2013 (edited) Last week I received my watch after weeks of waiting from Toro Bravo. One day later the watch the TAG Heuer sign inside the watch had come loose. Other functions also didn't work properly. I mailed with Toro Bravo. I had to send the watch back to China. The watch smith said to me that the repair was more expensive than the watch was worth. I'm not happy with the quality of the watches from Toro Bravo. I wouldn't recomment them! POOR QUALITY!!! Edited July 9, 2013 by BerryV

TheSav 2 Posted July 9, 2013 You do realise that Toro doesn't make the watch, right? Seems it was also fine when you received it. Plus toro was good enough to accept your return so he can replace it. Am I missing something here? Oh yeah. I know what it is. Welcome to the forum!!

veritech 0 Posted July 10, 2013 I'm assuming a lot, but I bet you bought a quartz rep with non-working chrono features, not knowing how movements work? Logo falling, strange, but can happen. Bleh edit: I see the title says 7750
James. 4 Posted July 10, 2013 Surely a wind-up.... Fire007 reincarnated?
BerryV 0 Posted July 10, 2013 Yes it is a wind-up. @Veritech: Why shouldn't I know how the movements work? @TheSav: Yes I can sent it back. But it last a few months before my watch arrived. When I sent the watch back to China it will take months again before I get it back.
SSTEEL 0 Posted July 10, 2013 Never send a watch back to China with something so simple oneself can rectify.
