Coast Steve 0 Posted May 20, 2010 (edited) I will buy a watch from Timeshops as well later though, Rachel, was VERY helpfull in answering all of my MANY E-mails. I'm one of those "pain in the ass" customers. In fact I will get a watch from a few of these trusted dealers as time goes on. Luthier 1 Posted May 20, 2010 Everyone pay for shipping. And it's the good way to try different dealers, it will give you tons of experience. Just keep in mind - most of the dealers are dropshippers. They never see the watch, it will be shipped to you from the factory office.

dmisgod 0 Posted May 20, 2010 Rule of thumb m8, go with Mary and you can never go wrong. One of the most unique dealers I had business with.
Coast Steve 0 Posted June 7, 2010 (edited) Well I got my watch today! Breitling and here it is! http://s1019.photobucket.com/albums/af313/...atches/watches/ and it looks good. Now I need to know how to adjust the band to fit me, I need to take out a few links. Can someone please let me know how to do it? I see the small screw on the side of the band but what about the other side? Also ,I have no idea how the controls work, is there a tutorial or something so I don't wreck something? When I get it running and fitting me I will post some pics. I would really appreciate some help here, I can't even wear it an it's killing me! Thanks, Steve Edited June 8, 2010 by Coast Steve

JoeyB 0 Posted June 8, 2010 Do not try to set the date between 10 P.M. and 2 A.M. You could damage the movement.
Coast Steve 0 Posted June 8, 2010 I notice the whhole watch rattles when lightly shaken, all the mechanical stuff inside I guess, is this normal though? And when I say lightly, I mean very lightly, like even a slight rocking back and forth motion. I also noticed the watch stoped a few times when held upside down, but started up again. 68 Bullit 0 Posted June 8, 2010 The noise you hear is the Automatic movement, this is normal for Asian 7750 , as for the watch stopping when it is inverted I can't answer that one, the one good thing buying from Mary is that she has her Watchsmith check every watch before she will ship, anything she is not 100% happy with she returns to the factory. Ask Luthier he will confirm this
Coast Steve 0 Posted June 9, 2010 (edited) Looks like I got a lemon here, the date doesn't change by itself either, only manualy I have let Mary know. Yea, I just don't get this watch! You can manually wind the hands till the date changed forward or back, but it won't change the date itself when running! Very frustrating Edited June 10, 2010 by Coast Steve
