WTF is wrong with America I thought it was the other way around. In the US if you shot or injured a criminal in your home you were rewarded, and if you did that in the Uk you'd get in trouble? WTF is wrong with America C'mon, this is not accurate. If you apprehend a thief and deliver a beating you can be charged but simply apprehending them is not a crime. It's stupid to do so though since its not worth personal harm or your life to retrieve physical objects. Also, if you work for a corporate entity you are likely to be fired since most have policies against pursuit.
