getting gen parts for rolex

Is there anyone that is capable of getting a hold of gen rolex parts ex. Band, crystal, bezel and insert, dial, etc. This would be for a submariner

There's a guy on TRF who sells parts. Also I've picked up gen Rolex stuff up cheap on ebay but you need to know for sure the sellers reputable before buying...B)

I have read that the new Rolex policy is they won't sell parts unless they get the old part back in exchange. This may just mean the dealers can't sell parts unless they get the old part to prove that you own a Rolex. Not sure exactly what the policy is to selling parts to Rolex Authorized Dealers.
