I have only found ONE person who has done this before - the one above from Breitlingsource.com. I was bummed I wasn't the FIRST, but at least I got confirmation that it will look really cool. He says, as I had already suspected, that the leather has to be cut very precisely to size. There is only 5mm of adjustment on the deployant (about 1/2 of a link), so the measurement/sizing has to be spot-on and then the adjustment can be for natural swelling/contraction of the wrist... I think it is going to be awesome. I have seen quite a few pics from members on the forums now of the rep OR strap and the deployant looks VERY nice, well repped. I am going to try to find someone who will sell me the clasp separately. Trailboss, anyone else, send me the emails of your favorite off-the-main-path dealers so I can start looking for the deployant and getting prices... Thanks!
