dfq23 131 Posted July 30, 2013 I know this might sound a stupid question but i'm gonna ask anyway, but why is orange probably the main colour other than black or white on watches? Just picked up an armani rep. Yep I know but it's not bad for 36 quid. Pics to follow. It has orange as the other main colour and this made me think of all the other watches that have orange on them. From planet oceans (it's not pumpkin, it's orange!) seiko monsters to explorer 2 etc etc. Why orange and not red perhaps or yellow

Pharmo 33 Posted July 30, 2013 Dive watches have been orange for a long while as they offer better underwater visibility. Other makers are probably just taking advantage of the popularity of the colour. ...........Or maybe Holland had something to do with it :lmao:
