James.

Have you met Mazz?

Love the baby tuna, the SS shroud looks much, much better than the blue plastic it comes with, it's the only thing stopping me getting one.

Lovely collection

So it's all your fault! It was seeing your pic of the 453 on another forum which started my Seiko buying spree! :D

I have the mesh and the shroud here, just waiting for the watch to arrive!

Wow, great collection, love the Baby Tuna, looks great and has a remarkable wrist presence. You bought this shroud from Harold? Was it complicated to put it on the watch? Looks stunning, congrats!

Where can I get the SS tuna with mesh that you have? I can't seem to find it. Any dealers you know?

You can't, it's custom built. The original watch is SRP453 and it has a blue plastic shroud and a rubber strap. Then you drop Yobokies an email and buy a shroud for 88$ and a mesh strap from wjean on ebay for app. 35 dollars. And you're good to go. That's about it. Here's mine, not modded..yet:

Is it easy to install the SS shroud? and I heard one has to open the case back, then remove the stem before proceeding. How does one remove the stem, and is it easy to damage the watch? And finally, will the waterproofing be as good as original?

No, it can be quite fucked up, especially if you don't have much experience. Some people mess up their watches pretty badly. There's no need to take off the caseback, just make sure crown is screwed in when installing the shroud. Here are instructions, but I think you have to join the forum to see the pics. Hope this helps:
