Had some problem with the crown this morning where when I was screwing down the crown, the hands kept moving still. Anyone know whats wrong here. Don't own one but sounds like stem may be a little too short and spring loaded crown isn't being pressed enough to disengage the winding of the stem. Either press a little harder before screwing the crown on the tube. Or take into watch smith. They should be able to resize the stem and it would function better. Hope you resolve! Good luck.
