(to USA) Bienne Official change of name to OMEGA first in 1903 "Labrador" was a range of pocket watches produced by Omega with high grade movements. Their movements were first labelled Labrador depose and these were also apparently sold to other watchmakers as well. It seems the first versions of this Labrador movement were made around 1884-1885 and later evolved into the famous OMEGA Calibre 19’’’. In 1885 the pallet calibre LABRADOR reached working precision of 30 seconds per day. astonjenks at RWG has made this watch using the original dial, hands and movement from a pocket watch into a wrist watch that is now my property: arrived from the UK today Some other variants of this movement and watches as example.
