Rolex ceramic bezel markers are completely different, as they are cut out and then filled with paint where as Omega CrPo bezel markers are just printed on ceramic bezel.

I don't think you'll ever be able to repaint the bezel markers satisfactorily.

I think the only way to go is contact a TD or two and see if they can source you a new bezel. I hear the pumpkin one doesn't fade, but can't speak from experience.

clear matte lacquer spray might help to prolong the bezel insert ? but you need to disassemble the watch

As stated you could try getting a new black insert from a dealer and install it. I bought one for 30 usd.

Or you can swap to pumpkin, as far as I know orange bezel won't fade cause it is not made of ceramic.

The matte lacquer seems an interesting solution.
