Even the super glue with a nut/bolt method does not work (the nut fell off when the spanner turned). I guess the rust/salt had eaten the track/thread too much. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance. Are you sure that it is threaded and not a snap back? I have seen and had one that the case back leads you to believe it screws off only to later discover it is a snap back case. Perhaps work an exacto knife between the back and case and see .

I forgot to add, I once had a Poljot Chrono with the same problem, it was a chrome case. Anyway, I bought it with a new case thrown in, the previous owner had smashed the s**t out of it trying to get the back off. I took it to a professional watchmaker, he changed the cases in minutes, cost me 6 quid.

This stuff is amazing, for me, this stuff has beat the competition hands down every time! http://www.kanolabs.com/ Kroil penetrating Oil. To avoid possible seepage into the case I would position the watch on edge so that the run off does just that and not eventually find its way to the movement and dial. I can promise you that with my method the back will come off, if you can find it or anything else of the watch is another question!
