Automotiveromance 1 Posted June 7, 2018 @RussP Well yeah, msrp is 540 euros over here, but I found this on eBay from a reputable seller for 257.50 USD. Came in just under $300 after shipping and got lucky on taxes. It pays to shop around for sure.

Not Quite Dead 9 Posted June 9, 2018 Normally a rubber or sailcloth kind of guy but that strap does look the business - what is the material?

It’s a perlon strap - basically nylon weave so is waterproof and easy to clean. I just wanted something for using when covered in sun cream and going in and out of the pool. Bought it on eBay for £5.49 including postage, spring bars and a spring bar tool!

Result - looks excellent and you can abuse it without worry at that price. Seiko is a bit tasty as well, I am trying to resist buying the orange samurai with the two tone bezel insert in black and orange. Think I will have to go to the States for it as the price differential is criminal. Rubbish photo as always.

Actually no, it sits quite comfortably on the wrist and I love it, so much so I've just order the limited edition SBEP007 on the green canvas nato of which there are only 600 in the world, so pics will be posted as soon as it arrives
