PeterPC 0 Posted June 3, 2015 Clearing out my workshop on the weekend, stumbled upon this oldie in a box of watches I'd forgotten about. Set the time and date, gave it a good shake, it started up straight away and has kept near perfect time since Sunday. I may now look at a new bezel insert and hands, just to tart it up a bit, as I think this will get a fair bit of wrist time in the near future (at least until I get the others from the box dusted off). PeterPC 0 Posted June 16, 2015 A mildly spruced up old 6309-7040 "Turtle". New 6105 dial and hands, new bezel inset, new leather strap. Lovin' the remodelled look. Have seen a lot of amazing mods to this classic watch (some stunning, some ghastly), but love the simplicity of this set-up.

Creation watches (although they're out of stock now). 44mm though Russ, so no good for you. I'll try and dig out the model number.
