Rolex 30mm automatic?

Hi all,

 

You may remember that I purchased a ladies 30/31 mm for my better half a few weeks ago.

 

Well the postage was so quick that it was a few weeks early.

 

I got it out tonight to wrap. I was expecting to have to wind it as its and automatic movement. Or am I stupid? It has lay stationary for three weeks, but its still ticking?!

 

Have I actually got a quartz or something?
