Great project, how/where did you get the dial fabricated? Also, if you had it custom built by a third party, what did it run you if you don't mind...;)

Absolutely excellent work and a beautiful watch, I saw a similar conversion on a gold cased full hunter some time ago, it was 51mm x 19mm thick, onion crown, porcelain dial with Breguet hands, it had new horn lugs soldered to the case and beautifully reworked to 'meld' perfectly with the case, the dial just absolutely shimmered, it 'rose' remarkably off the wrist, I tried to buy it, to no avail, I still covet that watch to this day.

 

The absolute pinnacle of my watch collecting passion would be to own a George Daniels ( the Abraham Louis Breguet of today).

The dial work was 30 bucks, which is why could could try again at some point ;)

 

There are a few places in down town LA, the one I used was the cheapest.......probably shows :)
