GC 4,532 Posted June 26, 2010 I was wondering when yours would arrive seeing as we ordered ours almost at the same time. So what do you think? Super Mega Tool Watch, no? Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine! btw: you said you ordered the cheapest version, you mean the one with the clone movt right? out of curiosity, could you post a pic of the movt for me, I have an ongoing debate with someone on RWI about the different versions that are available currently. Baldrick 1 Posted June 26, 2010 btw: you said you ordered the cheapest version, you mean the one with the clone movt right? Put your mind at rest, there are no SWISS movements in ANY of these reps, they are ALL Asian cloned 2824 / 2836 movements, if you're told otherwise, you are being lied to. @Oscar On the strap issue, just in case you are unaware, the clasp on these has a hidden glide-lock adjustment inside the clasp, if you are going to cut your strap to fit, adjust the glide-lock to the midpoint setting, that way if your wrist expands or contracts you can adjust accordingly, if you cut it when the glide-lock is fully closed then you'll only be able to expand the strap, same as if you cut it when fully opened you will only be able to contract the strap. Baldrick 1 Posted June 26, 2010 Unscrew the locking bar via the crown, pull the crown out to 1st position (remember it's a standard Asian clone of a 2824-2 so just the same ole same ole,) remember the movement is reversed, so with the crown on your left, you'll need to roll the crown downwards towards 6, that changes the date. :sh_h:
