Seiko Monster Comparison - Japan Made vs Outside Japan Made

Recommended Posts

SSTEEL

Seeing as many of us love our Seikos, I found this thread over on WUS, and its well worth checking out the differences between a Made in Japan Monster, and a Monster Made outside of Japan...

Thanks Mick, interesting. I especially like the use of certain nomenclature, "the dot."

Yes, interesting read. Thanks for posting! :thumbsup2:

Having said that, I'm not sure that the differences are significant enough to get excited about...

+1

I'd be happy with either version. Can't go wrong with a Monster regardless of where it's made.

Good to know, thanks. Although I do not think made or not in Japan would be a deal breaker to me on a Seiko, regardless of the piece will be reliable and well worth the price.
