I was wondering are H factory parts compatible with Noob and visa versa. Would for example an H factory made bracelet fit on its Noob factory counterparts?

Yes, it works, I tried this with my NF Avenger with sticks - I think HF bracelet is a better option than noob one.

i could not, for the life of me, get an H Factory polished bracelet to fit on the Noob Pam 111 v2.

No no no that kind of franken watchmaking shouldnt happen, swapping part on the same model by different factory manufacturers.
