He's asking for some smart arse to buy the watch, get it, and promptly put in a PP dispute on the grounds that it is fake, and therefore a fraudulent transaction. If the PP account is linked to his credit card, he will almost certainly get a recharge, even if the seller clears out the cash from his own pp account.
