hickeym 0 Posted July 8, 2010 Just a general question to the more experienced members. I've been searching the recommended sellers but I can't find any mid-size watches anywhere. Is there a problem making a rep of a mid-size watch or is it just down to the fact that not many people buy them?

Is there a problem making a rep of a mid-size watch or is it just down to the fact that not many people buy them? what do you consider mid-size? 38MM is small to me, but 45MM is a little too big. Keep in mind most reps are sized according to the gen size, or very close to it.

KBH 7 Posted July 8, 2010 For true mid-size there are decent reps of the Rolex Yachtmaster and Datejust. By today's standards they would be considered small, though. Are you looking for watches for men or women?
hickeym 0 Posted July 8, 2010 I had a seiko kinetic many years ago which was mid-sized and that suited my wrist perfect because yes I'm very small (5ft 4"). I checked on the internet and there's a Seamaster which they make in mid-size and the spec's say 36.5mm. I'm desperate to place my first order for a rep but I'm worried that anything above 38mm? would look stupid. I had my heart set on a Daytona but have been put off by members (it's a lottery) comments.

Beautiful watches and not too large (37mm).
