JSJ 0 Posted December 14, 2013 Great work . I notice the movement is held in with screws like some Rolex reps. My POs have plastic movement holders. I wonder if that is because yours is a higher end rep or if they are just different factories that make them? Maybe, although I don't know what level of rep this is. It certainly has the feel of a better quality rep. I have some of the very low-end reps and I know what you mean about the plastic holders. I think they will tend to be at the lower end, although I haven only had half a dozen watches to bits so far so I'm not sure of that. To be honest, I am an engineer and I like a decent structure with screws and metal brackets. I have also used a lot of plastics in my engineering career and they are irreplaceable in some applications. the plastic holders look cheap but they do a very good job. Next time you are in your car, have a glance round and imagine it without plastics... even if it is a very high end car. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
