I need EXPERT help or simple help for me the Doorknob

Hello Gents,

 

|I need confirmation on something.

 

I have done mega research about regulating an asian 7750 and still wonder.

Here is a photo of my movement.

 

Now, which way do i go to slow it down? do I move the arm toward the center of the movement (clockwise) or toward the outside edge (counterclockwise)?

 

Unlike most photos on the net, on my movement the + sign is on the inside and the - on the outside....

 

Please help

Counter clockwise will retard , and clockwise advance.
