Any experts able to tell there difference between the 2 - Why is there such a big price difference ?. gigahertz15 0 Posted January 5, 2014 Generally speaking, prices are similar, give or take approximately 10US dollars in my experience, across all RWG TDs. Could be various reasons for bigger price differences. One could be having a clearance, due to being over stocked etc. One TD may have purchased in bulk at a different rate and so on. You can't go wrong with either, if KW is your preferred dealer, then e-mail or PM them and they might match or beat the price. Good luck and it is an amazing watch. BentleySharp 0 Posted January 9, 2014 I'd just like to add that the KW312 is an excellent choice. When I was deciding on what Panerai to own, I did a lot of research. The 312 'O' series with P9001 decoration on the movement is a beast. the finish, the weight, the feel. Everything is quality in this rep. So, the Pam312 is the one I bought and I've never regretted the purchase. But now that the new Pam438 'Tuttonero' is out, my Pam312 might get a playmate Afterword: The black faux gator leather strap like thing that it comes with isn't even befitting for a Mickey Mouse watch, nevermind a Panerai. He said that he can also get that exact same rep for the same price. Ale, I read your guide last month and it is amazing. Reviewing it again now. Bentley, good to know on the faux gator strap! NO DOUBTS !!! Indeed TSWatch and Toro catalogues are both indicating KW version !! There are three versions of this watch with decorated movement. 1- Puretime version released on May 2013 (now out of the market and replaced for ZFac version, with Balance cock no nicely decorated) 2- KW version released on May 2013 (slighty different decoration, with nice finish and Balance cock very nice decorated and with inverted CAL P.9000 inscription) 3- Zfac version released on October 2013, helped and supported by Puretime's Angus, with a decoration similar to Puretime in bridges with the same inscriptions and the Balance cock decorated similar to KW version Three watches above indicated are KW versions and are also indicated by TSWatch and Toro in their catalogues. PERIOD Why TSWatch is cheaper? Most likely because TSWatch will leave working with KW, due to commercial agreements, and want to finish KW stock to start working strongly with ZFac. Just that.
