AustinTech 0 Posted July 27, 2010 Yeah - is that GMT the timeshop special? What are your impressions of it? Which version did you get?
Baldrick 1 Posted July 27, 2010 Now I sit back and wait for the comments............. Having seen the above photo, I think I understand your raison d'etre for entering the world of reps and given that the price of this item is around $259.99 AUD it leads one to ponder the question.... ......are you insane, do you have any idea what you could have bought for $250.00 Sorry if that seems harsh, I'm pre-disposed to telling it like it is and you seem to have a lot to learn, hopefully these harsh words will be a 1st lesson B)

bigbossa 0 Posted July 27, 2010 Yeah - is that GMT the timeshop special? What are your impressions of it? Which version did you get? Hi Man Yep it the Timeshop promo, this one is with the asain copy ETA . Really being a total noob all I can say is the watch is really lovely and solid , I know a little bit about what to look for in a a sub ,but not a GMT.Only comment I can make is that the insert sits quite low in the bezel so there is a sharp edge .All looks good to me . will post some pics so you guys can scrutinize it

No bodies comments are harsh. Everyone likes what they like and everyone hates what they hate. So begineth the lesson sensai. Your humble apprentice
NFleischer 4,355 Posted July 28, 2010 My Ti Hammy. I like the white one AT- looks like the IWC Portuguese chrono. BTW- I don't think they make any Hamilton reps- they're quite cheap for gens. They are part of the Swatch group so they have gen Eta mov'ts. In this case, a Valjoux 7750.
Baldrick 1 Posted July 28, 2010 So begineth the lesson sensai.Your humble apprentice 'SENSEI" young grasshopper, wakari mas ka? OK, let's look at the evidence. 1. I don't for a second believe it's water-resistant to 330ft. 2. Looking at the 'pressed' hands, you can tell it's a) cheaply produced, very bad design c) designed for the 'yoof' demographic ( they don't have the years behind them yet to be ultimately discerning)! Having said that, it appears you like a square watch, you like dual time zones, and a novel approach to design, in order to preserve your street cred and give you some weight amongst your surf buddies, you need a NAME watch, something that everyone can identify with, you'd be better served with something like this, which encompasses all your favoured traits. JMO ( but, I'm right)
mulder 0 Posted July 28, 2010 SENSEI oops sorry master. Ooo Monaco 69. By the way I dont surf. The last time I went near the beach GreenPeace covered me with suntan lotion and tried to roll me back into the water.

mondeov6 0 Posted July 28, 2010 Hi, Not a rep today. I have decided to sell most of my non-rep´s in favour of new rep´s on my wishing list. A few of them I might keep so I am giving them some wrist time before i finally decide wich non-rep will stay and wich will go. Might keep this one though....
