andyboy 5 Posted January 15, 2014 Folks Another Seiko SNZH that i have modded. The Bezel, hands and dial have all came from Dagaz. This one is a Milsub. Plenty of instructions already posted on here and is the same as if you were doing the Fifty Five Fathons mod. Big thanks to nev848 for selling me his watch through m2m. Feel free to ask any questions and strap ideas would be appreciated.Thinking on a Black and Red Nato but if any of you have similar feel free to add some pics. Mr Stubbs 0 Posted January 18, 2014 Beautiful mod Andy. I'd never guess it was the same watch. And the primary red accents make a positive difference. I'd like to see it on an olive colour nato, but I wear my watches very casually. I want to do one myself but I keep second-guessing this hand design, specifically the snowflake hours. It's from seeing so many Tudor Blackbay images lately. Your Seiko with the deep red bezel made me think "All it needs is gold print to be a Tudor!" :P I salute you for your skill and gorgeous collection.
andyboy 5 Posted January 18, 2014 Cheers Stubbs I know what you mean by the hands.i picked these as Dagaz has a similar set-up in their gallery. I might change them after a while but at the moment I like the fact it's a bit different. Have a look at the Dagaz site.lots of different options available. Mr Stubbs 0 Posted January 18, 2014 Just read your collection thread and mentioning the Black Bay mod... I did a double facepalm of embarassment. Duh, no wonder it looks like a Black Bay... it's a Black Bay mod. Thank you for being so polite Andy. You're a gentleman. Now all I need is a nice donor watch...
