AllergyDoc 40 Posted July 29, 2010 Lay has these on special for $78 plus shipping: $102. Was told it was a "Noobfactory" watch; not so sure now. Visually, the only flaw I can see is the not-so-perfectly center pearl: Bezel cutting is smooth and the etched crown is very subtle: (Sorry about the dust.) Nicely brushed steel: Clasp: One complaint is, the end of the clasp has sharp corners and sticks up a bit from the bracelet. I think it's just the way it's designed. Glide lock: The clasp rides along that rail, making small adjustments a snap. Not as nice as the Deep SeaDweller, but close. Not a great wristy; too much glare: The lume is a very cool blue. Superlume-strong on the hour markers but, unfortunately, not as strong on the hands. Sigh. Still, it passes my minimum lume test: the time can be told at 5:00 AM after a full charge. A great replica! This and the GMT-II C are two of my favorites now.

AllergyDoc 40 Posted July 29, 2010 I didn't even notice the clasp was cracking on the side. Lay's sending a new one already.
Member X 91 Posted July 29, 2010 re: the visual flaws, are the hands supposed to be 'curved' rather than flat? They look flat in this pic: It does look like a great rep though, especially at that price!
