OK.......not a 'competition' per se.......but at least it will provide some light relief from all those Tudoristi .......poor man's Rolex threads:b)

Starting alphabetically at A......you go first :D

N.B. this is not about minor flaws or inaccurate reps.......it's only about photographs.......nothing more nothing less.

Gorgeous! It's because of these pics that I just recently picked up a Safari.

Hmmmmm hard one to call - looked earlier and was sure Sardonix had clinched it but looked again and now think it goes to Baldrick. Maybe the AP is a draw whats next guys?

I see I am in the midst of photo-creative greatness here. Where do I ship the champagne?

Hard to resist a "friendly" rumble, isn't it? :P

Hard to say who's the best AP snapper. Both sets are very good in their own way.

Thank you for sharing with us guys.

Let's not turn it into a 'rumble'.........it's just great watch-porn........I'm missing a lot of stuff that I had on Villagephotos........and Sardy is still relatively new to a DSLR.........but as I said in another post, he's improving daily........but.like me he'll finally hit the brick wall.......when the resolving power of his lens and body combo reach their ceiling......that's what happens with most photographers......and why camera companies can sell new lens and models :)

I think an alphabetical offering once a day is sufficient........tomorrow it's B....... if that's OK .... ;)

I think Sardonix produces superb photos, and I think probably better than most of mine nowadays. (Although, I like to think that I inspired him in the beginning! :D )

Baldrick, of course, also produces amazing photos but I don't want to inflate his ego any more than it already is! ;) Seriously though, he inspired me to improve my photos and gave me some great advice along the way too.

I don't want to "stick my neb in" but, while I'm posting, I may as well post a couple of my old AP pics........ :nana:

Del, Baldrick, Sardonix, this is a great gift you are giving us, I am humbled and appreciative of your great skill and passion. I am not an AP aficionado, but you have each presented them in their best light. Thanks! As thread developes, it should be pinned!
