Dont buy it find another model with a plain dial. i keep seeing Breitling reps with same design but they only ever made one very expensive watch with it so every Breitling rep with an open heart looks totally fake. If yes, for that price you can't really go wrong, and YOUR opinion should be the only one that matters. If you're asking "is it accurate as a rep"? No, no PAMs were made to look like that AFAIK. Panerai never made any white faced Regatta models. If you really like the look (without that hideous open heart), I would suggest the PAM212, 253 and 286. They are pretty good reps for the price.
