Mirage 0 Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) Well it’s been almost 2 years now that I found this forum and that I bought my first rep from one of our Trusted Dealers, since then I have acquired a few more pieces. Since I like photography, I always tried to take the best pictures I could of my watches. The first shots were horrible! Watches are not people or paysages, you need to be very focused on the little details to make good watch pictures. After seeing what Del, Strodda, Spirit and lately Mr Fog [Edit] Forgot to include Sardonix and Baldrick in this list![/Edit] could do, I had to kick myself in the butt and up my game a little. I don’t think I am there just yet, but I think it is not so bad. Thank you Del for that great tutorial on how you take your pics. For this pictorial thread of my collection I wanted to create Images that would be similar to how I like my food and my wine. Which means rich, round, mouth filling, spicy, crunchy, smooth and sweet all at the same time. A good bold Cabernet Sauvignon in oak barrel, a sweet and salty bites… You get the Idea. So here is my attempt at serving your eye pictures that gather all aspect of the watch in one look: U-Boat U-42 Diameter: 53mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Champagne Crystal: Mineral with AR Movement: Asian Automatic 21J Strap: Standard Rep Strap U-Boat FlightDeck Diameter: 50mm Case: Stainless Steel with PVD coating Dial: Carbon fibre Crystal: Sapphire with no AR Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph Strap: Panatime Louisiana Aligator Strap with white stiches MontBlanc Timewalker Noob A7753 Diameter: 43mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Silver Crystal: Sapphire with Double sided AR Movement: Asian 7753 Chronograph Strap: Panatime Louisiana Aligator Strap with white brown MontBlanc Timewalker Dual Carbon Diameter: 43mm Case: Stainless Steel with black paint Dial: Black Crystal: Sapphire with Double sided AR (From a A7753 Noob Timewalker) Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph Strap: Panatime Louisiana Aligator Strap with black stiches Breitling Super Avenger V3 from Noob Diameter: 48mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: White Crystal: Sapphire with Double sided AR Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph Strap: Gen Breitling brown croc with white stiches ref: 757P Panerai PAM0111n from Noob Diameter: 44mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Black Crystal: Sapphire with inside AR Movement: Asian 6497 Strap: Rep Asso Strap IWC FA Jones Diameter: 44mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: White Crystal: Sapphire with double sided AR Movement: Decorated Asian 6497 Strap: Standard Rep Strap IWC Portuguese 3714-31 Diameter: 40mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Ardoise Crystal: Sapphire with inside AR Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph with seconds at 6 O’Clock Strap: LPV Bespoke Santoni Style Alligator strap IWC Big Pilot 5004-02 Diameter: 47mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Ardoise Crystal: Sapphire with AR Movement: Asian 25 Jewell (Faux PR) Strap: Gen IWC Big Pilot Strap Brown with matching stiches IWC Pilot Chrono 3777-01 Diameter: 43mm Case: Stainless Steel Dial: Black Crystal: Sapphire with double sided AR Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph Strap: Kevlar imitation strap from ebay with IWC rep deployant buckle Bracelet: Micro Adjustment IWC Top Gun Dopple Chronograph Diameter: 46mm Case: Ceramic Dial: Black Crystal: Sapphire with double sided AR Movement: Asian 7750 Chronograph Strap: Kevlar imitation strap from ebay Edited February 8, 2014 by Mirage
