Baldrick 1 Posted February 23, 2014 Speculative accumulation............profit shark......remember Eddie Lee ( and TTK and others ) were selling these around the $300+ mark back in '03-'04.......and there was considerable profit on each.....! This is just a half-assed attempt at garnering $$$ by attaching some very loose accreditation to it....( Eddie Lee was just a seller of fake watches...no need to kiss the Pope's ring ..or EL's ).....for an item that has no true value beyond what some nugget is prepared to pay....hyped up by some members as tho' it were some sort of Holy Grail......and consolidated by very lax moderation on the part of the Admin team at RWI....shame on them for their participation, their folly and abandonment of the duty of care towards members.. It's a FAKE watch FFS ...$1200
Dr Yan 8 Posted February 23, 2014 Agreed. But the seller ( or wannabe seller ) looks like a right eejit now.

James. 4 Posted February 24, 2014 To be fair B, the mod team, well some, were quite happy "to let the market dictate the price" which it has done, to an extent.
elp 26 Posted February 24, 2014 I agree with B - I am glad we have the moderating team we do here who actively look out for the membership, especially us noobs. Imagine someone had bought the watch at $1200 - would there be shrugs all around "the market has spoken" and/or sniggers about the poor idiot who bought it? NAILED To be fair B, the mod team, well some, were quite happy "to let the market dictate the price" which it has done, to an extent. There's no 'fairness' about it....some unsuspecting noob may have bought it...at which point there would have been a bigger brouhaha regarding it......just as in the rules of this forum.......there should be no exploitation for the purpose of exaggerated profit......I'm surprised TB seems to have 1x set of T&Cs for this forum and an entirely different one at RWI. mysterio 18 Posted February 25, 2014 A fool and their money should never be common company in the first place. They should be separated by a clear impenetrable wall. So both hold true (they are never in common company and yet the money and the fool are also separated).
