BigBuys 0 Posted February 10, 2014 Hey, if it doesn't smell then I don't eat it! I also use the polishing compounds formulated for specific metals.

Daywatch 4 Posted February 10, 2014 Very nicely done, great tip with the toothpaste. When needed will try this with the Dremel first, if it doesn´t go faster Your method. Thx

gmchris 68 Posted February 11, 2014 Can you buy Neverdull in the UK? And has anybody used Brasso or Silvo- are they suitable for SS? +1 on the toothpaste, its also good to polish your windscreenand wiper blades this time of year- gets rid of road grease and makes it wipe squeeky clean. mstan 2,152 Posted February 11, 2014 Brasso and Silvo are both fine to use on stainless steel. I use the Brasso wadding not the liquid version, I find it gets out fine scratches better with a bit of elbow grease. If you want some thing a bit more abrasive then try Barkeepers Friend.
